Non-standard titanium exchanger fabrication

Some projects cannot be quoted from a standard heat exchanger model. Existing equipment replacement, unusual nozzle orientation, restricted installation space, special process media or customer-owned thermal designs may require a drawing-based solution. In these cases, the RFQ should define both process conditions and mechanical interfaces as clearly as possible.

Drawing-based review

Send the latest drawing revision, BOM and equipment datasheet. We review titanium material availability, interfaces and fabrication requirements before commercial quotation.

Project-specific inspection

Inspection points, NDT, pressure / leak testing and documentation should be stated in the RFQ and confirmed in the technical agreement.

A complete equipment quotation depends on process conditions and mechanical interfaces. Please provide as much of the following information as available:

Latest drawing revision and BOM
Process media, duty, flow and temperature program
Design / operating pressure and temperature
Titanium grade for each wetted component
Connection standard, nozzle orientation and installation envelope
Welding / joining, inspection and testing requirements
Required documents, marking, packing and delivery destination
